OUR NORMS OF WORKING:

       Our activities are guided by sound ethical principles. Following are the basic norms of our working:

1.      Service:  We are very much aware of being a service organization which cannot survive without a deep sense of service. The services enumerated earlier are intended to make our association advantageous to the overseas  buyer.

2.     Fairplay:  It is our conviction that a commitment must always be honoured. Working as a connecting link between buyer and supplier, we do our best to protect the buyer’s interest. Yet, we recommend flexibility on the part of both wherever fairplay so requires, in the larger interest of long-term gains for both.

3.     Secrecy: We maintain strict secrecy as to the business (styles, quantum, price etc.) of one buyer from the other and also instruct suppliers to follow the same.

 OUR TERMS:

1.     We act as exclusive buying agents for Garments and Made-ups which can be sourced from India, China, Bangladesh, Nepal, Philippines and/or UAE through us.

2.    Once an agreement has been signed, we insist that buyers route all their purchases in the country through us only.

3.    Depending upon turnover, we charge a remuneration for our services between 5 - 10 % of buying value of the goods shipped. On all orders handled by us before finalizing Agency Agreement, the buyer shall be deemed to have agreed to pay us a commission at the minimum rate of 5% of the buying value.

4.    The remuneration charged by us is for whatever services we rendered to the buyer. We do not take any legal responsibility on behalf of the suppliers and the Privity of Contract in respect of each purchase / sale contract shall always be between the buyer and the supplier on Principal to Principal basis.

5.    We do not entertain any other intermediaries between the buyer and the supplier.

6.    All samples for approval as also promotional samples (3 pcs.) shall be sent free of cost. However cost of the samples required by the buyers on which no order is placed shall be borne by the buyers. Courier charges for sending samples etc. are also to be borne by buyers.

7.    It is in the interest of the buyer to enter into a long-term agreement with us. A model form of Agency Agreement is given herewith as Annexure - I.
